I have called to report into the compliance department. I Mr. Josh that works in the Southlake office. I’ve yet to get an answer to my questions to close my account and transfer to somewhere else.

I have to say that our family is a big fan of Morgan Stanley and that our experiences with our advisory team in Southlake in particular; have been nothing short of exemplary. They have now been advising us for several years and have gone to great lengths to both organize our relatively complex and multi-state financial affairs. They connect with us frequently, and I really appreciate that they take a multi-generational approach and even across unexpected needs, like our son’s first car, our music school for our 4 children along with being the universal connector for all of our family needs ! Not to happy with this company to be honest, had a trust fund created and they lost over 37% of the funds. Go with someone who know what they were doing. Tons of money lost in the amount of time we've had the account with them. Recently changed the account over and the new company is doing way better, and already increased our portfolio. Hoping they can get us back what we put in. Wish I would of pulled out a long time ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSE WHERE FOR INVESTMENTS!!
