I had my hair done by Mika, I hope I spelled that right :) at the Southlake location in this past Sunday and she did an amazing job. I absolutely recommend her. She is very professional and courteous and listens to your needs. Try her out. You wont be disappointed. ❤️ Great job Mika!!

Hair color only. Membership levels (for free roots) are once every six weeks, or unlimited. Unlimited is possible because they do not use any harsh chemicals. They have vanities for you to style your own hair, or you can pay extra for a blowout and style. Scheduling and paying can be done through their app.

Jessica and Cassandra were so helpful when I came in and needed to figure out what new color I should start using. They were both so kind and helpful which meant the world to me!

Definitely just got discriminated against. I had asked them a week ago if they cater to black people hair and they said yes. They even have black people on their pictures but that’s not the case. I took an uber to their place only for them to say they basically dont do all over color which was the request they had as an option on their site. A bunch of incompetent fools and I’m glad I save my money cause I honestly read their reviews and can’t be happier. I also felt it was weird that I saw a customer drying her own hair. Like what’s even th point of running this company at all if you to the service by yourself. Definitely read the bad reviews and ignore the facade in their pictures
