Just wanted to give a shout-out to Sandra Fontaine, I literally just opened a ticket, and not even 5 minutes later she had solved it already! Amazed by the fast response, Im pretty sure I spent more time writing the email to M3 than she solving my issue haha, glad she is on the team.

Travis was an expert aide in my expedited set up and follow up. I literally could not have onboarded without his keen knowledge and responsive expertise. He quickly diagnosed an issue with my system that required an equipment change and upgrade and then piloted the process to get all applications attached and working so that my training could continue. Everyone should have Travis at M3 as their expert and tech sidekick!
