Gavin is absolutely fantastic! He is incredibly patient and understanding, especially since I’m not very familiar with computer terminology. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.
While working on my computer, he kept me informed every step of the way and gave me an idea of how long it would take to get everything completed. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the entire experience so much easier and stress-free.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Sandra Fontaine, I literally just opened a ticket, and not even 5 minutes later she had solved it already! Amazed by the fast response, Im pretty sure I spent more time writing the email to M3 than she solving my issue haha, glad she is on the team.
