Recent reviews highlight the mixed experiences of customers. Some have praised the exceptional service of stylists who remember past haircuts, ensuring a seamless and efficient visit. However, others have noted issues with specific stylists, mentioning inconsistency in technique and pressure during haircuts. One customer shared a frustrating experience with an older stylist, but ultimately received a satisfactory cut from another stylist. Despite some concerns about the fairness of the online check-in system, Great Clips in Southlake is generally recognized for providing great haircuts and a welcoming atmosphere.
I like going to Great Clips because I can check in online and I can either get the first available stylist or wait for Caesar who gives a great haircut. I get a great haircut at a fair price without a long wait or making appointments weeks in advance. It's convenient.
I had used the Great Clips app to reserve my spot. Luckily, thr morning rush was done by the time i arrived. I'm sure the fact that it rained probably kept some people home on a Saturday. The stylist wasn't very talkative, so I just started using my phone. She also had long nails, which I could feel against my scalp (not a good feeling). The haircut itself was OK. But it's those little extras that make you appreciate your stylist.
Sara, Jessica and Mark are the Premier Customer Service employees Great Clips should use in all locations. They work at the Southlake Texas location. Please Thank them. Hopefully this doesn’t land on deaf ears.
