Mason was helpful in scheduling time frame to meet my needs. We have had bees in our crawl space that have now added to the water cutoff. One visit and they are all dead. Now we can turn our water off to repair our plumbing. We signed a quarterly treatment that will ensure we will not have to tip toe around the bees going forward. I have been impressed how they took the time to visit and listen to our needs and not just shoot a number over the phone. We look forward to doing business with a true professional.

I really can’t say enough good things about DFW bug! Kim never misses a beat, treats us like family. I had Josh just come out today on an emergency at my new place last minute- he showed up determined to help, explained everything to me and even did some clean up of some yucky stuff for me. Above and beyond expectations every time.
