I'm an F45 regular at another location, so it was interesting to visit Southlake while on vacation. Really friendly and approachable coach, huge gym so people weren't on top of each other. 4.5/5 because their equipment is on the older side - yellowed kettlebells, chewed up dumbbells, no squat racks. No complaints about this location. If back in Southlake, I'd visit again.
I've been a member of this gym for over a year now and I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness goals.
The coaches are amazing (esp at this location!) and they really push you to work hard. If you want them to correct your form, let them know and they will give good feedback. The workouts are challenging but fun, and there's always a great community vibe in the gym.
I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to get in shape and have a great time doing it!
F45 is the best HIIT I’ve found. Balanced with new workouts each day and a combination of cardio and strength with tons of equipment options. Love the ease of getting in and out! And Southlake Coaches are phenomenal!!
