Had a great experience at this Southlake location. I was skeptical about ever going to another Elements Massage after a horrible experience at the Colleyville location but I am happy that I came. Ms. Deb did my massage and it was AMAZING. I get massages on the regular but this was by far my best. My body is sensitive and she was awesome without pain, made sure I was comfortable, and more. It felt like my body left that table and was floating. I will definitely be back to visit Ms. Deb. Also, the overall customer service at this location was pleasant. From the receptionist to checking out. Loved it!!!

In an effort to continue my self-care reset and commitment, I reserved a massage at Elements. Although, the scheduler did a fantastic job sharing expectations, I thought she was exaggerating about the selected therapist. Well, she wasn’t. What I thought would be somewhat relaxing was truly met with recovery. There are massage therapist. And there is Dee Pettaway. Paving the way to better health. Only if you have the courage to weather the pain. Dee is a professional and she is very knowledgeable about the body. I wasn’t prepared for what Dee had in store for my body. Seder is the real deal. Booked a massage on a whim and I am glad I did. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Had my massage with Josh and he was very knowledgeable and gave one of the best massages I have ever had. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Would definitely go again
