“I wanted to give a shoutout to Southlake Driving School after the great experience we had today.

I took my daughter there for her driving test, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The young man at the front desk was friendly, professional, and helped us get all the paperwork taken care of. Then the driving instructor even offered to let my daughter use one of the school’s cars instead of my truck since it’s pretty big and would make parallel parking a lot more difficult. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped put her at ease.
From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s not often you come across customer service like this anymore.

I only wish this place had been around 25 years ago when I took my own driving test! 😂“

“Coach Mike was great in providing useful tips for safe riding. The booking process was easy with clear instructions on the online course as well as things needed during the training. They provided almost all the gears like DOT approved helmet, gloves and bike. So its very straightforward process.“

We scheduled our daughter for her drivers test here. Scheduling was super easy, they had lots of openings. Unfortunately, she didn’t pass the first time, but we scheduled for the very next day and she passed!

We took my older daughter to a DPS location several years ago and I think that location was far easier to drive. I’m thankful for the test that was given by Community Driving School because it gave us many more opportunities for testing/learning. It was rough after we didn’t pass, but my daughter was very nervous, and there were a few things that we studied again before the second test. It makes me feel better as a mother now that she’s had this experience and understands that there are repercussions to choices we make when driving. I can say that I actually have more peace of mind about her being alone in a car now.

The office was clean and bright and Grace, at the front desk, was sweet and very helpful. Our instructor, Makenzie was kind and had a warm sense about her. I’ve heard nightmares about strict, or cold instructors. I know they have to be serious and not show reaction, chitchat or comment during the test, but my daughter and I felt like her pleasant demeanor made the situation less intense. I definitely recommend Community Driving School.“

“I didn't even have to look for them. I needed a driver defense course and viola!...coupon in my mailbox! . The course is sooo affordable, and it's online! Couldn't be anymore convenient. Their customer service is top-notch as they were available to me 24/7. In the middle of the night I got locked out, called them and they took care of me...very professional and polite. They also offer several mailing options to fit your needs. Just don't wait till last minute to take it. Allow time to receive it via mail. Unless of course you wanna pay for express mail. Thank you!! I think if you are on top of it and do your part it all works out. It will be our first time taking a test here but I do not anticipate any problems.“
