I found Craftive Studios after a google search for a web designer. My account manager was Peter Webb. They designed my logo and website and they did an amazing job. I had a great experience with them and would do all over again in a heartbeat. Peter called often and responded to all my emails immediately. In the sales stage they really listened to my individual ideas and requirements, and in the project phase they did everything 100% to my expectations in a short period of time for good value for money while keeping me posted throughout the progress. Also, they still answered some questions and gave me tips after the project was closed. I can absolutely recommend them.
