The delivery/installation crew was outstanding! They took great care to not damage any home or the new furniture. Setup was excellent and the ensured the electronics were working perfectly. Then they made sure I understood how to operate all of it! The White Glove delivery option from The Dump is a tremendous value!!

We had an amazing sales associate in Rob Hannon!! We started our search for a sectional with 3 recliners, separate remote and the color we wanted about 2 months ago- we found one at this location, but wanted to look around before we decided. Rob was more than patient with us, answering questions any time we asked, not pushy at all, and letting us know when it went on sale. We ended up going in to purchase it on a day that he was't there--we were out of the country, and the day we went in was the last day of the sale. He did NOT get 100% of the commission, but rather had to split it with the other associate that did absolutely nothing--we were already committed to buying it --I think it was totally unfair, and tried to get the manager to help us. But he said it was The Dump's policy. What a shame for Rob, but the least I can do is recommend him highly as a very knowledgeable, helpful and gracious sales person at the Irving location. He's the best!

Truly I was blown away. I just went there actually to do a drive by. Just to see what was available when I do decide to make a purchase. Well to my surprise I walked out there with not only a living room ensemble but also a bed. Shout out to my main man Oscar and the very confident ( know what she’s doing Elaine).That team right there was awesome for me. Thank you!! Brandon was very patient and showed me a lot of options in the category I was looking for. I took a VERY long time making the final decision and he gave me and my son plenty of privacy to discuss my options and never rushed me. I had previously shopped 5 other retail stores and outlets before I made this purchase and, although I spent way more than I had intended, I am happy with my purchase and the special financing helped to make the higher expenditure easier on my budget.
