Woke up on vacation not feeling well, and knew I had strep. This was the closest facility on a holiday. I wasn't sure they would be open, but they were at 8am. They were compassionate, caring and very helpful. They made my unexpected vacation visit seamless and quick.

Scheduled a same day appointment for school physical. Arrived and quickly put in room and was seen by providers. Katie (provider) remembered us from 8 months prior on our first visit. Highly recommend.

Visited Better Faster Urgent Care and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the wait time was minimal. I was seen quickly and everything was explained clearly. Definitely a convenient option when you need urgent care without the long wait. Would recommend.

Better Faster Urgent Care in Southlake is the BEST! Good hours, easy appointments, great value. Staff is professional and the facility is very nice. Gives each patient time for assessment and treatment. Easier than getting into most Primary Care Providers. I highly recommend.

Making an appointment and registration very easy in their on line portal. Staff is caring and they take time to explain things. Wait time was less than 15 min. Always my go to urgent care, thankfully i don't need them too often but when I have, 3-4 times in the past years, always a positive experience.
