Great experience overall. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the work exactly as needed. Communication was clear, and everything was done efficiently. Tracey did a wonderful job. Would absolutely recommend.
I have always been skeptical about having things fixed around our home but I have to say that Randy with Berkey’s done an excellent job. It didn’t take him very long to install our new thermostat. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I also feel like I know more about the a/c we have than I ever had. I would highly recommend them and would definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Randy @ Berkey’s!
Eric, my tech was perfect. He did so much more than a simple system check. He spotted some critical improvements but the big win is that he stopped a natural gas leak. This would have been a real danger if not addressed Thanks Team!
