I had a great experience with Peyton. I’ve worn lash extensions for years but was needing a full set after a humid Spring Break. During my scheduled appointment time, however, my stomach issues flared up. She was super patient, finished up that appointment quickly (leaving my eyes balanced) and I was able to return the next day to complete my lashes. I wasn’t charged any extra despite occupying 3 hrs of her schedule over 2 days…and my lashes look great!
I've tried numerous salons and numerous lash stylists in the DFW area, but really, really love master stylist Mackenzie at their Southlake location. I drive 30 mins from my new home, just so Mackenzie can do my refills. The salon is very clean and the staff are always pleasant. I like their online booking systems but wish we could modify our appointment times without having to call. (need to call to cancel or modify) The other day I mistakenly booked the 5:30 slot and tried immediately to change it online to 5 instead but was unable to.
Mackenzie is TRULY a master at what she does. Kenzie is passionate about her lash business and it shows in her application process! Simply amazing!! She was so gentle. It was so relaxing. My eyes look fabulous! She understands the "look" that I am going for (changes depending on the time of year and different events) and continually seeks advanced techniques and trends to share with me. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else!!
