I greatly appreciate the attention of each employee. They are kind, they take their time to assist me, they explain to me in detail, and always with a smile, the kindness to remind me of my payment, greet me and ask how I am. Thank you very much...I recommend Regional Finance. The interest is low and the loan is always... whatever you need... there is no pressure. Grateful for everything. Excellent customer service across the board. All are welcoming with a smile at anytime a customer walks as my observation, whenever I go make a payment with Rocio ?. I noticed a new manager Angelica which is the reason I think attitude change at regional. Before with the other manager, the atmosphere was quite negative.?????
