Husband had Moh's surgery and skin graft yesterday. We were very pleased with the doctors and staff, from front desk efficiency to the excellent care by Dr.Condie, Dr. Moss and their staff. We received excellent discharge instructions, as well. Happy to give a 5 star review to this great team

Seen Dr. Rana today I literally sat in a room by myself longer than I seen her ! She came into the room, looked at my face for barely a minute, I kid you not ! She didn’t have gloves on. She didn’t even examine my face. I tried to tell her my concerns. I even tried to show her a picture of what my skin started to look like, and she barely took a glance at it ! She barely spoke and when she did she said it looked like rosacea prescribed me some gel Basically told me that the gel wouldn’t really do anything and literally sent me on my way. Told me to wait a month and come back. I will not be coming back. Oh, I’m sorry I forgot she told me I could go and do laser treatments in Plano that was about the extent of our conversation! I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I set alone in a room longer than I talk to a doctor.! The only thing I can say is that the women upfront are very nice. The woman that was with her was very nice. She actually was the only person who told me about the medication and that was it.

I have been coming to Dr. Rana for my annual skin checks since moving to Sherman from Houston a few years ago. And, I had some other issues late last fall for which I needed her medical advice. She is thorough and knows what she's talking about as well as very caring in her approach. I highly recommend her!
