The stubs, flower beds and trees were just stuck in the clay soil. To make the landscape beds level they put down weed guard fabric and the added mulch on top to make them level. I found all kinds of debris in them when I had to dig them up and redo. Other sprinkler are not in the right places and do not have the correct top on them. Very disappointed.
