Just over two years ago, I walked through the doors of Nourish MedSpa feeling nervous, scared, and unsure of what to expect. The first person I met was Kelly at the front desk. Her kindness immediately helped ease my anxiety and made me feel welcome.
After finishing the paperwork, I met Angie. We went into one of the treatment rooms where she gave me my first testosterone shot. During that visit we also talked about my ED, which was one of the hardest things for me to discuss. Angie made me feel comfortable enough to open up about it, and that meant a lot. I later met with Dr. Carter, who prescribed the medications I needed.
As time went on, Angie and I discussed changing my treatments, and we moved from testosterone shots to vitamin IV therapy.
From March 2024 to March 2025, I went through nine surgeries, including heart surgery. During that time, Angie helped guide me through every step of recovery. I truly believe the vitamin IV treatments played a huge role in how quickly I healed. Between surgeries, I go in every first Tuesday of the month for my IV treatments.
A year later, I had a follow-up appointment with both my heart doctor and heart surgeon in the same room, which they told me was unusual. Dr. Matter said that with the number of surgeries I had in such a short time, most people would only be about 50–60% recovered. He then told me I had healed extremely fast and that I was already at 90%.
Throughout this time, I shared my VA medical lab results with Angie every six months. She reviews them and always knew exactly what treatments would help me the most. Her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise played a big part in where I am today.
But beyond that, it was her kindness and compassion that made the biggest difference. There were days when I came in completely exhausted. I’d sit down, she’d start the IV, and I’d end up falling asleep in the chair. She’d gently wake me up when it was time to go.
I truly feel blessed that I found Nourish MedSpa. I honestly don’t know where I would be today if I hadn’t walked through those doors—and I don’t even want to think about it.

Excellent staff and physician. I have been very embarrassed to be in public due to facial spider veins. My father and his father had the same issues. I have had IPL and laser at this facility. Angie and Dr. Carter have did an astounding serive to help resolve my skin issues. Before and after pictures. I feel like a new person. Thank you.

Absolutely best MedSpa in town- the providers are knowledgeable and educated and care for the clients! No other MedSpa I would go to, from laser hair removal to microneedling and facials! One stop shop and always an amazing experience hands down! They truly care about there clients!

I always have the BEST experience at Nourished MedSpa from start to finish! Most recently, I had a ZO Glow Facial and Dermaplaning with Katie, followed by Botox with Zoey. Both of these wonderful ladies are extremely knowledgable at what they do and take the time to explain treatments step-by-step. This was my first Dermaplaning experience, and Katie made sure to explain exactly what to expect with the treatment, with results, and with upkeep. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. She is also extremely knowledgeable about skincare and is so helpful in offering guidance for your specific skin type. The facial and Dermaplaning were amazing, and I left with smooth and glowing skin! Zoey is an expert at providing a seamless, gentle Botox experience! She also takes the time to answer all questions and explains after-care and how to get the best results. Zoey, thank you for keeping my forehead looking youthful! Haha.
Kelly at the front desk is the icing on the cake, as she is warm, welcoming, and makes the check-in/check-out process smooth and easy. She is also extremely knowledgable about their products and offerings. These ladies are the DREAM TEAM, and I always leave feeling pampered, rejuvenated and beautiful! Thank you all!!

I’ve been to this clinic about seven times and had good experiences with most of the services, which is why I feel it’s important to update my review now.

During two separate microdermabrasion treatments, the settings were turned up too high and I was left with burns on my face. At the time, I didn’t know that burns should never happen during this procedure, but another provider later confirmed this. Unfortunately, the burns left me with permanent scars. The clinic took photos of the injuries themselves.

When I contacted them about a refund, I was told I would need to come back in. I want to be clear that I am only requesting a refund for the microdermabrasion treatments, as I was satisfied with the other services. I believe that resolving this fairly would show accountability and respect for patients who trust their care to this clinic.

This was my first time to use Botox or fillers. Jenna did an amazing job at making it look very natural and helping me with removing age lines. I will definitely be going back for sun damage removal. Thank you Jenna! ❤️

I had a Whatever you choose for a service, add the ZO Glow Facial to finish up your pampering. Katie has magic hands and that lunchtime facial is perfection. I also want to mention that Kelly is always is so warm and welcoming when you check in. I highly recommend Nourished!
