Markl & Sons Cooling and Heating is a family run business and one of the best run companies in Grayson Co. They offer great service with reasonable pricing. Customers appreciate their great response time. On a very hot day, a customer called about 4:45 and Robert showed up around 5:30, was very polite, and replaced the hard start capacitor. Later, Joe called back and cleaned the dirty coils. Another customer moved into a new home and the AC went out. Other companies couldn't get out for days, but Markl and Sons moved things around and Joe showed up within twenty minutes with a smile on his face, saving the day. He was on time, polite, and very respectful. Customers have used them for their home and business for 10 years, calling on Holiday weekends and after hours. They respond quicker every time, with a service member arriving in 16 minutes. The bill is cheaper than expected every time. They are very good at meeting scheduled meetings, communicate their status, and found issues no one else found, providing options for different levels of repair with pros and cons. Customers will use them again.
My AC was struggling. I called at 4:37pm and they sent a technician the same day. I expected it would be a next day service, but to my surprise, the technician had my unit repaired and running properly within two hours of my call. They are reasonable and honest. I highly recommend!
A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday night. I called Markl and Sons, left a message. Randy called me back, I gave him the address and he said he could be here in 15 minutes. He fix the issue within 1/2 hour.

It was a very hot day yesterday in Sherman TX . My Daughter was at work and I went to go check on her fur baby at her house. Upon arrival I noticed it was warmer than usual in the house. Noticed the thermostat was set at 75 and inside temperature was 79. Called a lot of AC repair but all busy. Called Markl & Sons about 4:45 and they said they could have someone out a little after 5:00. Well around 5:30 Robert shows up and gets his test equipment out and gets to work. I watched and asked questions and he was very polite to explain to me what was happening. He finished his testing and replaced the hard start capacitor.
