Called yesterday, and they were able to get me scheduled for today (next day). Josh came by and got 3 of our locks changed out without any issues. He did an INCREDIBLE job, was super helpful and kind, and the price was far more affordable than expected. I cannot recommend Lock Doc enough!
Travis at Lock Doc deserves praise for quick and professional service he provided on Friday morning 6/5/26 9:30. After describing how my exterior door's dead bolt key just turns 360 degrees without doing anything, Travis knew exactly what the problem was, tightened and realigned the internal ring and described to me what he did all in about 90 seconds and provided this as complimentary. I'll see Travis and Lock Doc for all my lock and key needs in the future.
