Great team from the front desk staff to the dental staff. They are a very caring and professional team. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit after your appointment time but I have to do the same when I’m at a medical doctor office most of the time. It’s just part of doctors/dentists having unexpected complications to arise that have/need to be dealt with. Jubilee takes good care of my entire family.
I would appreciate a call back. I have been trying to contact Jubilee about my daughter’s ortho consultation and all I have gotten is AI and their message center. I finally got in touch with someone in orthodontics and they said it would take a few days to process the insurance information I gave them and then they would send out a new plan to include the new price. Needless to say, the plan was the same and the insurance was not on there! I tried to call and of course got an AI , which finally transferred me to a live person, but it was just message center and they told me that they could leave a message, but it would take 24 to 48 hours before anyone would...read full review
I love that I can go to the same dentist as our child. Less hassle and they are always great to work us in if needed. Our daughter been goin since she was 3 and loves her treasure hunt she gets to go on after her appointment!
