A big "thank you" to Rodney Monk for helping my wife and I select a filtration system for our church's commercial ice machine. I know that sounds like a small thing, however, we had already made an online purchase that turned out to be a nightmare. I went there today, after not finding what I need at three different places. The sales person was so helpful. Even though they didn't have the part, he took the extra time to tell me what I needed and even helped me look it up on Amazon. I wish I had gone there first.

I went on a 4 day tangif just trying to find a certain cutoff piece for the copper pipe. Went all over Kingdom come and I walk into the Sherman Johnson and Berks location and it took him 4 minutes to hand me th peice I needed. I'll be going there for plumbing from now on.
