Hounds by Heidi is a jewel! They were so patient and did such a great job on my 3 1/2 month old EXTRA wiggly Mini-Schnauzer. At 3 1/2 month she is so wiggly that it's hard to keep her still, little on get an even cut. Her cut was perfect! She was so comfortable that when I got there to pick her up she was napping! And she was finished an hour before the quoted time! Great job! We will definitely come back, and bring our older dog.

Heidi is amazing! My little poodle cried every time she was groomed UNTIL we went to Heidi! She loves Heidi! Heidi does a wonderful job boarding dogs also. I have never been disappointed anytime my poodle has been groomed or boarded. I know my little doggie is well cared for while I am gone!!!! Thank you Heidi!!!

I have been taking my dogs to Hounds by Heidi for years, and I have always been very pleased with the results. Jackie grooms my Shih Tzu every 6 weeks. She always makes him look his best! She makes him look like a cute round faced teddy bear. She always adjusts the length according to the seasons. She does extra by adding my favorite cologne and a bandana or bow.Recently she has started grooming our two standard size Bernedoodle puppies. Jackie took extra time with them. She has worked to train and condition them for the entire process. She basically bathed herself to show my puppy that it was not as scary as he thought. Jackie truly loves what she does in this career!!!
