I recently contacted Fan & Flame to service my mother‘s propane fireplace. The young man who helped her called me after hours to squeeze us in on a cold winter evening a couple of days before our scheduled appointment. He was kind, respectful, on time, and provided excellent service. We could not be happier with the service we received from Fan & Flame.

Josh was so patient with us in that seriously hot wearhouse. Walking around showing us different options and he was very knowledgeable about the differences between materials used and the benefits of one over the other. In the end we picked out the perfect one for my little house. Thank you Josh.

My wife and I stopped In today to get some advice on repairing our gas fireplace. The gentleman on duty was nice enough to show me a trick to get our fireplace working and all is well. This was our first visit to their store and my wife and her sister will definitely be back as they have some very nice furnishings. The owner was present and made sure that we were taken care of. This is a Great local Business and I highly recommend stopping in to see all of their nice furniture, fans and fireplace accessories!!!
