I signed up in March and so far I love it. I thought at first it wasn't for me but I wanted to build and strengthen the muscles around my knee. When I started I could barely squat now I can squat down to the floor. Everyone is very helpful and they always coach to do the right form.
Staff does not put you down because of your size or shape. Always willing to help with fitness and nutrition needs. I was welcomed on the first day and felt very comfortable while improving my physical body.
I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Solus more! The gym itself is clean and has a great layout, but the people are the best! So friendly, they go out of their way to introduce themselves and make you feel like a part of their gym.
