This is the second time we have dropped in at CrossFit Solus. It has been a place that we feel welcomed and seen when we show up and not like we are intruding. The facility is clean and well organized. The coaching staff is friendly and helpful. If ever in the Sherman area and need a place to workout - highly recommend CrossFit Solus!

Such a great place to workout! My husband and I dropped in for 2 workouts! This is our second year to drop in here! If we lived in Sherman, this would be our gym! Such a sweet group of athletes!!!

Friendly owners and members, lots of equipment in good or new order, knowledgeable staff and training help, great space for all levels.
