Cody was very much on time…. Early. He replaced our upstairs bathroom faucet. He was professional, nice and the price was reasonable. We would call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
I had a great experience with Lance. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through the job. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. It’s hard to find someone who’s knowledgeable and genuinely cares about customer service, but Lance definitely does. Highly recommend asking for him if you need plumbing work done!
Justin was our service technician . He was great ! Provided a great service , took care of our needs and was very pleasant. He answered any questions we had and gave us some good advice on some of the plumbing issues we had . We will definitely use Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the future and ask for Justin!
