We have been with Angels of Care for over 5 years. My son is very medically complex and we have found many wonderful, caring nurses through Angels of Care. Our Customer Service Representative, Charnece, has been amazing to work with. No agency is going to be flawless, but overall I have been happy with them.
Angels of Care has been the nursing agency for my disabled son for 6 years now and over the years, we have dealt with various staff members including care coordinators. This role is such an important one, as this person liaises with patients and families to ensure that respective needs are met. In order for this to be successful this individual must not only connect with the family but understand their needs and life situation, in order to liaise with the agency's team to find a nurse best suited so that the patient can receive the best possible care.
