The place is dark and sorta messy. The lounging area was full of workers, slouched on out-of-date couches. Place smell so strong of chemicals and the fans weren't on to help circulate that smell. My stylist was very slow and really had no confidence with shears.$25 for a haircut and I barely had anything cut. She was so nervous to cut an inch off. Afterwards, my hair looked the same and had no style.

I have my hair cut, colored and styled by Shirley Waldrum quite often and am totally pleased each time! There is one service not mentioned. It is the interaction with Shirley and she deserves a 10! Of course the atmosphere is important and the other stylists are happy and laughing with each other and their customers! These qualities make a great place!!
