I've been to countless PX stores for shopping, but none compare to this one when it comes to customer service. Store manager Patricia Fulkerson is an absolute rock star. My request was a bit complicated since the product wasn't available online and was only in stock at her store, which is a two-hour drive away from me. She could’ve easily told me I’d have to make the long trip to buy it, but instead, she took the time to walk me through every possible scenario to get that item. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I could get it.
I kept being asked if I needed help because I was just kind of wandering around. You know how it is— you've got a day off and you don't want to stay home but you don't know what to do. It was really nice, though. The people are wonderful, and they've got some pretty cool stuff.
This was my go to place for things that I needed while staying here for 3 months. Like others have said, this is small exchange for the population and at times the more popular items, like luggage tend to sell out pretty quickly. And this place, especially with new arrivals does tend to get really crowded. But since I didn't have a vehicle and was afraid to send things through the mail, this place more than satisficed my immediate needs. The staff were pretty helpful and things were pretty well stocked when available.
