After knee surgery, I turned to Kari Hale to help me recover. She has changed my life! I have been going there now for four years and I cannot imagine where I would be physically without her. If you want to get in shape or recover from an injury this is the place to go!
I have been going for 3 years after having back surgery and have never felt better. Linda really listened to my concerns and not only got me feeling better, but taught me better body mechanics and stretches to do at home. I now continue to go because it I always feel so good afterwards. I can’t recommend this studio enough!
