I saw nurse practitioner Rebecca Dowdy and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease and most importantly I left the appointment feeling like the issue I came for will be addressed. She responded to my concerns with humorous compassion and was very considerate of the fact that I am a cash pay patient, and so recommended treatment and testing that was effective but within my budget. It was a little difficult to call the office and get an appointment, make sure you do not call during the lunch hour ( 12-1) and be prepared to wait on hold for 5 minutes before speaking to someone if you need an appointment urgently. This is a very busy office & Christie has gone out of her way to make sure I have been comfortable at every visit. She takes the time to explain things to me, is clear & very kind. When my daughter started getting fussy towards the end she tried to help calm her. Which was extremely helpful! It was very kind just the small acts of kindness she gives out to everyone. I seem them as I wait for check out. She has absolutely gone above & beyond at each visit for us.
