My wife and I truly enjoyed working with our designer, Alexandra “Alex” Rivera, during the design phase of our dream home with Coventry Homes. From start to finish, Alex made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth, organized, and even enjoyable.

Her professionalism, creativity, and patience shined throughout our appointments at the Wisenbaker Builder Services Design Center located at 3010 North Loop 1604 West, Shavano Park, Texas 78248.

Thank you, Alex, for turning a stressful task into a joy. We’re grateful for your guidance and excited to see our vision come to life.

They installed cabinets and countertops when we built our house. Most of it was okay except there were blemishes that they couldve fixed piror to moving in. Now its been almost a year and we have had to ask them multiple times for the SAME THING. They have had multiple personnel changes and it seems that no one wants to take the responsibility of actually getting the work done and keeping their word. I understand the shortage of workers currently but their service and time of response is pretty bad. I have had multiple people come out to "fix" the crack on my countertop but all they did was take photos each time. They finally replaced the countertop but the caulk job was terrible so had to call them AGAIN. They still have not fixed my cabinets and have brought the touch up kit I asked for LAST YEAR. They need to really up their game and do it right the first time rather than cutting corners. I want to like them but so far they have been a huge disappointment.

We are currently building home; and during the process of contracting the sales staff informed us that we were going to have to make selections at the Wisenbaker Builder Services Design Center studio. After contracting with GEHAN homes the Design Studio reached out to schedule an appointment.When they reached us to schedule an appointment we scheduled two different appointments during the week. During the appointments they gave us the ability to make our selections, review the Design Center Options and come back with updates.
