Installed our 4 mini split units in a very timely manner, continually checking in making sure everything is still running smoothly, and also checks on and verbally reminds us about my mother-in-law's air filters as well!

The compressor finally went out on our almost 20 year old AC unit, and as it turned out, there were several other things wrong with it too. Fires & Sons was very quick to come over to our house, check through everything, and then order a new unit to install. Mr. Fires checked with me regularly before ordering anything so that I could know all the options I had and the costs to be expected. I very much appreciated that. When the new unit and parts came in, the installation was completed rather quickly by Mr. Fires and his crew, yet it was done with thorough and careful detail. I can't tell you how nice and how honest this man is. That's very refreshing in this day and age. Will definitely be using only his company for all our home heating and ac needs!
