Lost our water pressure on a Saturday evening. Just moved to this area and asked for recommendations on our local FB page. Thunder Well had the most recommendations. Then the owner commented with his phone number and said to give him a call. Called him and he came right out and fixed our problem. We will DEFINITELY be using them in the future. They came and inspected my pump and ran a test free of charge. I decided to upgrade to a constant pressure system and they had had me scheduled in one day. They ran into an issue from my old system and despite having to work late on a Friday night, the crew was courteous and professional and never complained or rushed the job. They cleaned up and did an excellent job and my system is working great! Would recommend.
I travel a lot for work and so when I use a company I need them to take care of the problem because my wife doesn’t necessarily want to deal with it. With that being said, first time I use these guys amazing customer service took care of the problem, and the source of the problem and got everything running. Second time came out and fixed the problem but my wife still had to deal with the cause of the problem and she said the service was subpar. I would probably still use them because I know there’s a chance I will get good service, but it looks like it could be hit or miss.
