“This rating is for Ryan in the tire center! After several issues to get an audibly leaking tire fixed, Ryan was very helpful and kind. Ryan took the extra time to answer all of my questions and look up information on my tire history. As I was leaving Sam's, I noticed that the other tires that weren't worked on this morning were at 31 and 30 psi. I got out of the car to air them a little with my portable inflator. When Ryan saw me doing this, he came out with their air inflator and aired up The remaining three tires. Ryan was not obligated to do that! Ryan went above and beyond this morning to help me. It made my day! It made up for the difficulties I experienced the day before at Sam's Club and with their call center. Thanks Ryan!“
