Great place to get a workout. Super friendly staff with pool, hot tub, new weight equipment, sauna, showers, locker rooms and friendly people. And great price for what you get. Week pass is like $15. Much better deal than the other local gyms

This gym is fabulous. It has everything. Jerrold & his staff are always friendly, supportive, and answer my questions about movement & recovery on the spot. Fellow gym-goers are also supportive and respectful.
