“I have been to this place several times over the past few years. Yesterday was by far my worst nail experience I have ever had in my entire life. The tech used the wrong powder for doing solar nails, the color was everywhere and after only 2 nails I warned her it did not look right and the powder said “dip powder” which is different than solar. She then reassured me it was right and continued. By the time she finished all 10 nails, they were all still wet and looked terrible. I was almost in tears because of how badly they looked and would now need to be stripped off and redone. I told her to take it off and just do my waxing because I needed to make dinner for my family and I didn’t have time to sit through an entire set again. She kept a pushing and offered “to do gel for you” so that I could walk away with at least my natural nail painted. I agreed as gel is usually an easy and fast process. She used way too much polish so it dried clumpy and was left wet on the inside. She did not clean up the paint she got in my skin so when it dried it peeled from the skin to the nail. I go to leave and I am charge $30 for my nails. I agreed originally because I had not seen just how badly my nails were and she did render the service of gel polish. I walked outside to see how badly they were, walked back in and demanded my $30 back. It was refunded and I left. I will never go back due to this experience and will be going somewhere today to get my nails redone in prayers for a better salon and better experience. I gave 2 stars because her pedicure wasn’t bad. Photons added are ones taken in my car after walking out into the sunlight. Update 10/15/23, I have updated my review to 5 stars because Wendy did an amazing job on my nails and I am so thankful for management arrangement as well as Wendy’s attention to detail. I was not able to relax as much as usual as my toddler tagged along but what an amazing turn around and I am so happy with my new beautiful nails. Thank you again for reaching out and assisting me with getting the nails I wanted!!! Amazing management, they care about their reviews and customers. I will return soon!!!!“
