“First time ever getting waxed and my wax specialist, Deana, was so amazing. She explained to me everything I needed to know about before and aftercare for waxing my brazilian, underarms, and legs. She was patient and gentle with the waxing process and answered all my questions with a thoughtful answer.
I will absolutely be coming back as my first experience with EWC made me comfortable enough to commit to a 12 services wax pass!”
“Ali is an absolute master of her craft. Every visit feels like stepping into a place where precision, professionalism, and genuine care all come together. She’s not just good at beard work and head shaves—she’s elite. Her attention to detail is unreal, her technique is consistently flawless, and she somehow manages to make every session feel both relaxing and sharp enough to boost your confidence the moment you walk out.
What really sets Ali apart is how she listens. She understands exactly what you want, offers expert guidance when needed, and delivers results that are always clean, crisp, and tailored. Whether it’s a perfectly sculpted beard or a smooth, immaculate head shave, she nails it every single time.
The entire staff at The Refinery deserves credit too. They’re always welcoming, professional, and create an environment that feels more like a high‑end lounge than a barbershop. You’re greeted warmly, treated with respect, and never rushed. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to your appointment.
If you want top-tier grooming with unmatched consistency, Ali is the one. She’s the reason The Refinery stands out, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”
