Ridiculously slow. My appointment was set for an hour ago. I was the only person in here when I got here and I’m still waiting. They also refused to see me for 2 issues in the one visit, they have to bill two separate visits for a cold and suture removal.

The front desk was very nice, but when I needed the Dr.’s help, Dr. Murphy, just with an administrative issue for my daughter, he blatantly did not want to help and told us to make an appointment after she was just seen by him. This could have been handled ASAP since no one was even in the clinic. Sad for that man to neglect his duties as a Dr. I can only imagine how many other of his patients he neglects like that.

I go to the Texas Med Clinic because they are thorough and I have a very short wait. Highly recommend the clinical staff.

From the front desk to the back office, including the provider, I received amazing care. I was not feeling well at all and I truly felt my concerns were heard. By the time I left, I was already feeling physically better! The Forum TMC should be recognized for their top-notch patient service and care! Thank you!
