On July 26th, 2023 , I was given an overdose of dexamethasone at the doctor's office for a cough. The cortisol sent me into complete insomnia and no communication to my digestive system from my brain for 4 weeks. Kenneth was able to give me hope!! I was on sedatives for a month that didn't work . My first visit with him, I was able toget my digestive system back. His specialty is insomnia. He said normally it takes 4 to 6 visits to get restful sleep. Dr Kenny has performed both massage and acupuncture on me, both excellent. He is a great listener, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about how the human body is all tied together. He is currently treating me as a cancer patient to address neuropathy and chemo side effect issues, and can provide quality herbal supplements to assist in issues as well. Highly recommend.

I was suffering from severe back pain with muscle spasm that was worse when laying down. I was sleeping 1 hour every night for 1.5 weeks and felt it was getting worse. I've never had acupuncture or chiropractic adjustments but needed to get any relief especially since it was getting worse and my body was shutting down. Dr. Mittelstadt went over my pain isolated it to the specific muscle and recommended acupuncture over chiropractic adjustment. It was amazing that I left his office 80% better and went home took a 3 hour nap. I'm now a firm believer of acupuncture and will recommend all my family and friends.
