Got my free workout and I was wondering how you can do so much at this place..Different saunas for each workout. Seemed smallish but very functional to get your workout done.. I started with just a stretch workout and even that made me sweat! Definitely felt the burn. They also have a shower which is very convenient if you want to go be before work ! They are a 24 hr gym, super convenient! Each workout and instructors are on the screen as you go. they have an easy/modified, medium and advanced instructors on the screen as you go.
