Franks Automotive was amazing. I called to schedule some maintenance and they got me in the next morning, and they got what I asked for done and found other things that need attention. Great experience especially right before Christmas. My alternator was going out, they fixed it plus a fan problem I was having quickly and reasonable. They kept me very informed on what my car needed and how much it would cost. Excellent customer service and so far excellent work on my car.
I broke down in Seguin and googled ‘mechanic near me’. They were able to get my car in immediately, and help me with a rental car from Enterprise. I was able to get it two days later. The balance wheel came apart and I lost alternator power. I limped in on the battery. George was great during the communication process. If I lived closer to Seguin, this would be my mechanic. I even mentioned this to an Uber driver taking me back to Frank’s from Enterprise to pick up the car, he said it is his auto mechanic as well.
