Prefer to avoid thus place, but sometimes I can't sadly. Arrive almost 30min after they opened and front doors aren't working, then told the dr is running late and won't be in for 20-25min. Wish this place would have people that tooks the job seriously working here.

Poor customer/patient service. "Rude" is an understament. Months of calling and wasted time during visits to be told some one will call back - never does - Not even going to start on the wait times. I was told today, by the worst person so far, to call back later today to speak to the manager. I have done that too. What happened to the messages I left before? RIDICULOUS! She really did answer the phone by saying, "Hello" and "can I help you".....wow, just wow!!!!

This place has terrible service everytime I come here. There can be 3 people in the lobby and it will take at least an hour and a half or two to take me in. The staff works slow and lazy. I’ve had several doctors see me and only had one that I thought actually listened to me and saw me. I had to come SEVERAL times with one sickness that they couldn’t tell me what it was. I went to a different place in katy and they actually took the time to figure it out and send me on my way with meds that helped me. I feel sorry for anyone who comes in here with an actual problem with the way they listen to their patients.
