My daughter & I broke down on I 10 N.just south of Columbus. It was after 8 pm & it would be dark soon. I was truly concerned for our safety because my hazard lights weren't even working. There was road construction and only one lane was open. I even asked for help from the "police" escorting the work crew but no one had flares or was able to help us. I was getting the run around with company contracted through my roadside assistance; meanwhile, my daughter called an independent tow service (KBR).Thank God for Ricky! He arrived in less than 30 minutes. He knew enough to avoid all the traffic headed southbound on I 10 & came from the backside.... read full review

The manager is amazing!I was stuck on the side of Highway 90 and he helped tow my car, zipped tie my bumper, and took me to the nearest tire shop. I couldn’t thank him enough.Service: Car towing

Ricky, the owner of this business, saved me!! I was traveling from Brenham to Rockport, Texas--moving across the state with a car full of my belongings. On a rural highway, a dog ran out and we collided head-on at 70 mph and my car was eventually deemed a total loss.I contacted the Sheriff's Department right away and they told me, after checking on me, that if I needed help to call them and they'd recommend someone. I spent 3 hours on hold and drama with my insurance company and roadside assistance before finally calling Sheriff back to get their referral.Within 20 minutes, Ricky was there picking me up from a rural highway side and picked up my car.
