Crosby Towing provides exceptional service, as evident from their reviews. They efficiently tow vehicles without any issues, as seen in one case where a car was towed without problems. Their technicians, such as Dakota, are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, handling situations with ease and care. They even go the extra mile, as demonstrated by their willingness to travel long distances to assist customers, despite facing challenges themselves.
An hour into my cross country trip I blew a tire in the middle of the night. After sitting on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for useless AAA I finally got Crosbys towing information from Sealy PD. He was there in roughly 15 mins. Quick and efficient load up of my lowered and modified car. He took me back into Houston so I could get my tire replaced. Coming from someone with many cars and all of them modified, I'm very familiar with towing. Hands down the best service I've ever had.
My Dad's car was towed without any problems, and the gentleman who helped us was very nice. Tow companies often get a bad rap, but this company seems to be one of the exceptions.
We had a tire blow on I-10 in the middle of the night. Dakota did an amazing job of towing us away from trouble. He was friendly but no-nonsense. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it quickly. With no hesitation, he carefully put our beloved Wrangler up on his flatbed and drove us where we needed to take it. Thank you, Dakota!
