Just my yearly heating checkup and going over all the operating parts with a fine tooth comb. Vu Tran is an excellent and thorough technician. A valuable associate and a great person.

Chris English is 5 Stars. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Let's us know about improvements and suggest what is potentially needed for the system to run at peak efficiency. He even replaces the AC filter for my 84 year old mother.

Came the day after hurricane on July 9th. Inspected but could not do anything untill the tree was off my home and our power was back on. . Daniel is polite, appeared very knowledgeable and efficient. Service required a whole crew to repair part of the AC. Once power on BVS had to order parts but BVS did provide window units untill it was. Daniel did a wonderful job installing parts, rechecked all before he left. BVS always answers phone or responds promptly. We have used BVS for many years. While not perfect we feel a good choice to have a long term customer relationship with. There are however fees associated with parts under warranty which was NOT pleasant and surprising.... read full review
