Jennifer in the office was patient with me and adjusted the time, the technician was absolutely on time which helped my schedule so so much!He was courteous, put booties over his shoes and went straight to work.
I have been a BVS customer for probably 20 years and have always had excellent service. The technicians and staff are awesome! They schedule the seasonal maintenance appts and always make sure that I'm aware of who the tech is and when he will arrive.
They installed my new AC system and have been servicing it since. I have used them for the past 15 years and any time I’ve had an issue they have always done an excellent job! They do not overcharge or try to scam. I am a part of their member services and pay less than $20 a month for that. they come out to the house twice a year. To service my unit I have had a couple of issues that have needed part replacements. Because the unit is under warranty and I am paying monthly for their services. I did not have to pay for the parts. Just a reasonable base fee. I would definitely recommend this company for all your AC and heating issues and needs.Service: HVAC system...read full review
