I am visiting Texas and brought my cousin with me to workout as a black card guest, we both liked the facility and it was clean, and well maintained. The problems are the men's bathroom needs upgrades and maintenance, second is the black card guests cannot use the black card services, but other facilities allow the guests, this is not a show stopper but it should be re-evaluated since we pay for the black-card service. The parking is good, and next to Walmart store, food and other services. I am happy with planet fitness gyms in any state I visit.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. The facility is impressively clean, and there's never a shortage of equipment, so you can easily follow your workout routine without waiting around. It's the perfect environment to stay motivated and enjoy fitness!

I have been a member for almost a year and always enjoy my workout time here. The crowd meter is great as I prefer the slow time of day. The gym is always neat and clean, the staff polite and professional. The members are always friendly and respectful of the weights and equipment which was lacking in the past several gyms I belonged to, they were not Planet Fitness locations. Looking forward to continuing my progress here!

This place is great, workout equipment stays clean, not an intimidating environment for new people, spa area is a great bonus if that's what you're looking for, I'm really happy with my experience here. The trainers and people at the counter are also really cool, informative, and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed about the staff, I used to have the membership with a $10 Monthly fee, so few months ago I went with my teenage and the told me in order to have a guess I need to have the black membership, so I converted to that card. But they never told me when I sign for that I will be in a contract for 12 months and now the I want to cancel for personal reason, I need to pay a fee for $58 + tax. They should be told me that since the begging, They could be transparent and honest and gave me the full information since the beginning. Now I want a cancellation but they told me I need to pay the fee.

I love it here....staff is friendly, truly a judgment free zone everyone does their own thing. I haven't felt uncomfortable once.
I wish I could go to the gym more but due to my work schedule I'm reduced to 2 days a week ?

Seagoville is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I am handicapped and older yet I am welcomed the same as others. Refreshing.

Good staff in the morning, they are friendly and seem to work hard. We get greeted every morning with a positive, vibe with good morning and enjoy your workout. The place is clean, and they are always filling the cleaning stations.
