“I had 13 pairs of pants and 1 shirt cleaned here and received a discount for prepaying. The pants were fine, but the white shirt I asked to be starched medium didn’t meet my expectations—it didn’t seem like it had any starch on it at all.

Typically, my clothes feel like new after being cleaned, but I didn’t get that same feeling this time. One pair of pants that had a ripped seam. These pants were new from banana republic so that was odd. Not sure if they did it or not.. I’m glad I only brought in a third of my clothes to try them out first. I plan to explore a few other cleaners before choosing my go-to. Too bad because it's very close to where I live.
