Went horseback riding at Broken Bow Ranch in Seagoville, TX and had the BEST time. The trail was peaceful, and the kind of ride that makes you forget about everything else for a while. The horses were absolute sweethearts—gentle, patient, and clearly well-loved. The staff was just as kind, helpful, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. Honestly, the only downside was when the ride ended, because I was ready to move in, adopt a horse, and never leave. ? If you need a relaxing, enjoyable trail ride with good people and even better horses, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back—just be prepared to pry me off next time. ??

Woke up June 15 to know air. I called an spoke to Mike, the owner. He sent me a text and told me his tech would arrive in 45 minutes. Tim showed up early, addressed the problem and had it fixed in the next 30-45 minutes. Tim was polite and courteous and I could not ask for better service. If I could give you 10 stars, I would.

I had a bridge pickup in my telecaster that i thought was a broadcaster. The sound was amazing. I opened the bridge up and saw the van zandt stamp. Sadly, I had to open it up because the pickup is not working anymore. one of the windings is a little loose and floppy at the wire connection. i got 20 years of heavy use and sweat out of it. it was my error by not replacing a bridge screw that had become loose and fallen out . i had put it in andit became loose. the surgical tubing had become dry and brittle on that pickup and the screw wasn't stabilized enough and became loose. this happens folks. remember to check the tubing securing the pickup every five years or so.physical movement of the pickup afterward helped damage it.I will replace it with another Van Zandt. I think they are spectacular pickups.I'm not sure if they rewind pickups. If they did i'd send this one back and build an esquire with it. I'm buidling a parts telecaster at some point and will use van zandt pickups for that.I can't tell what model it is. I couldn't get any stable reading with a voltmeter and at times no reading at all.I think I will probably just order (in the spring of 2024) the two types of pickups and figure it out on install on my current tele and one of the builds.I think Van Zandt has that vintage tele spank twang and clarity that people can get out of a set of joe bardens at a phenomenal price.BUY THESE! you will not be disappointed.the mij telecaster it was in sounded amazing. one of the best telecaster sounds out there imo.

I have been a patron when they were located by brookshires.I loved Anna the owner she was such a nice person and did everything the best. I have used their Hwy 175 business next to lapradera and the Italian restaurant ever since they opened. I don't have2 or 3 0r5 pieces. I usually have about 20-25 pieces.that is a honour every 2 months. My grandson wears long sleeve shirts to church or special occasions. I have never been unsatisfied with anything thanks Parker's for a job well done

This is a very nice venue that I would recommend. I went for a birthday party. They have a staff to set up/ break down and serve. There is also plenty of parking.
I am visiting Texas and brought my cousin with me to workout as a black card guest, we both liked the facility and it was clean, and well maintained. The problems are the men's bathroom needs upgrades and maintenance, second is the black card guests cannot use the black card services, but other facilities allow the guests, this is not a show stopper but it should be re-evaluated since we pay for the black-card service. The parking is good, and next to Walmart store, food and other services. I am happy with planet fitness gyms in any state I visit.
I love this place I been going here for about four years now and not once have I been let down! I used to dread going to hair salons scared to what they might do to me and how I may leave, since I met Mariela I LOVE HER and her awesome talent on how she makes me look magical every time! She cuts my youngest daughters hair as well and has done an amazing job, knowing how to work with all different kinds of hair textures!
My girl loved her new haircut. Thank you so much for styling it and teaching her all the does and don'ts for her new style! She loved it. I could really tell Kashia loves what she does. My daughter gained so much confidence with her new cut that we are definitely coming back. ??
